① How to Meet the Driver?
Airport Pickup: The driver will monitor your flight arrival time and wait for you at the international arrival exit holding a sign with your name. Simply look for the sign with your name at the international exit.
Hotel/Other Address Pickup: The driver will arrive at your pickup location in advance. Please verify the license plate number sent to you beforehand before boarding the vehicle.

Itinerary Changes and Cancellation
Change or cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total cost, as detailed below:
Changes or cancellations made 5 days or more prior to departure are free of charge.
Changes made 3 to 5 days prior to departure are free, but cancellation will incur a 20% penalty.
Changes made 1 to 3 days prior to departure are free, but cancellation will incur a 30% penalty.
Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will incur a 50% penalty.
